The Context
In the valley of Kashmir, where the legacy of its past fuels the aspirations of its youth, young people face unprecedented challenges. With over 60% of the population under 30, the region possesses tremendous transformation potential that remains untapped without proper platforms.
The Approach
Traditional approaches have often failed to address the complex interplay of factors that shape young lives. We recognize that youth empowerment is about creating systemic change that addresses root causes while building sustainable, long-term pathways to success.
