By accessing or using the Save Youth Save Future platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By accessing and using the Save Youth Save Future (SYSF) platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on our platform. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Our platform is provided for the purpose of connecting volunteers, members, and supporters of youth development initiatives. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the platform.

You agree not to: (a) post false or misleading content; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use automated scripts to collect information; (f) engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.

All content on this platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Save Youth Save Future or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any donations made through our platform are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. We use Razorpay as our payment processor and are bound by their terms of service. Donation receipts for tax purposes will be issued in accordance with applicable regulations.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SYSF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, suitability, or availability of the platform for any purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYSF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed INR 1,000.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
